This guidance came out of a question we were asked by a licensee. He asked: "I am trying to build my career towards the CIO/CTO level and reach out to many professionals at the CIO level, male and female, for career advice, coffee meetups and such. I have met with several females in these roles and my wife, not being a career woman, does not understand why I need to meet with them."
This is not a problem with meeting co-workers, it's a problem of communication. More communication is better.
