Mark and Mike, Last weekend I lead a major project for our corporation in another state with many unfamiliar staff and put several of your suggestions to work... Today, I received this feedback.. "You always know an event has worked like clockwork when behind the scenes other managers are looking to implement some of the techniques you used." the face of management is changing. thanks
