How to schedule multiple meetings and sites

I am a secretary for a special education department in a small school district. My team has meetings for reevaluation all year long. I currently create a weekly schedule in Google docs that gets emailed to all attendees. I am looking to possible tighten up this process or find a software to assist me.

Here is my current process. 

Each school (5 total) has a Google Sheet in which they use the tabs to indicate the day of the meeting. In the sheet they list times, type of meeting it is, student name, and who needs to attend that meeting (can range from 2 to 10 people). I print all the sheets, then go to my Google doc and manually type in the information from each sheet so that all the information from each school is in one document. I then send an email to each person and all school secretaries.

This process works just fine, (I inherited this process from the prior secretary) but I feel it can be done more efficiently. How can I tighten up this process, or is there a software that already exists that I am unaware of?
