Hello, I'm interviewing with the director of HR for my 1st management position. I have been employed with the company for 10 years in a sales position.
I would appreciate any guidance.
Please let me know what possible questions to expect and any suggestions on how to prepare.
Thank you.

Too much for a forum comment
Hi there,
congrats and good luck. If you are looking for guidance, there are a heap of free casts. The one on connecting accomplishments with resumes is one of the core ideas. There really is too much for a simple forum response and MT have a separate licenseable product specifically for interviewing which, by all accounts, is exceptional.
in short, you need to treat every second of your interaction with the company as something that you could be evaluated on. In the interview itself, you need to show what you have done, how well you did it, and why you can bring a lot of value to their organisation in this particular role. You need to be pleasant, friendly and professional. They need to know you want an offer. The details if this brief description, and so much more, are in the casts.
good luck
