I would be interested to hear your opinion on "The Leadership Challenge" by James Kouzes and Barry Posner. It was suggested to me as the next book I should read, but would like some feedback before I Invest time (400+ pages) and money.
BTW I'm currently reading "It's Your Ship" by Michale Abrashoff and I really like it!
Worth the time and money IMHO
Before MT came along, Kouzes and Posner was the most direct, how-to, hands-on management book I had read. It doesn't come close to the do-able-ness (sorry about that) that MT does but it does provide me inspiration and ideas on what things I could look at improving or changing in my management role.
I vote for reading it :-)
