I suspect that it will take an experienced MT indexer about 10 seconds to find this -- and I sincerely appreciate the help.... Several years back there was a post which featured a schedule of MT tasks that they set up in outlook (naturally, the person was so thorough that the cast links were included). Would someone be willing to point me to this thread?? I would appreciate it. My firm recently upgraded to Outlook (it was an absolute THRILL to get to use control-shift-K for the first time ever) and I am building my repetitive tasks and such. Could have sworn that this was a keeper and I saved it, but to no avail and my search on MT proved futile. Thank you in advance for the help.

Here you go :-)

I've linked to it on the downloadable forms page to, so it's easier to find in future.

Thank You !!!!!
Thanks !!!!
awesome!
Thanks Wendii! I copied this to Outlook and it created a new calendar which I can view next to my regular calendar, and can move the items from the MT calendar to the time I want them on mine. And when I open the calendar item, there's the link to the appropriate podcast. What a great tool!

There's also a summary page with links to the corresponding podcasts.
