BLUF

Is there a cast for how to prepare for a meeting with your boss' boss?  Or a cast about preparing for a meeting with a new boss?

Summary

My boss has a new boss.  Boss' boss is going to be having a one-time O3 with each employee in the organization.  I want to make sure that I make this session as effective as possible.

Is there a cast or casts that would help me to prepare for this meeting with my boss' new boss?
