We've covered inappropriate interview questions here in the forums.  I thought I'd share a link to some "galactically stupid" interview answers I stumbled upon this morning.

Enjoy the laugh! :)

Thanks for the laughs.
Mark might have to create an "inter-galactically" stupid list just for these.

We needn't give Mark more work.  I'm sure he's busy enough! ;-)

(But...other M-Ters could share their galactically stupid interview questions and answers here!  Couldn't all use a good laugh from time to time?)

I had one guy (who showed up in a sweaty, stained tank top undershirt) tell me that "I was so nervous about this interview, I stopped at the bar before coming here."  Uhm, yeah.  Granted it was for a warehouse position but really, dude.

I had one person, ask my assistant to translate their resume to English for them. Speaking and writing in English was a major skill needed for the position. The classified even said "English resumes must be submitted".
Then the person showed up for an unscheduled interview and forced his way into our office, while I was not there, to wait for me to return.
I also interviewed a young lady that was not on the ball, though my boss wanted me to hire any warm body. I asked her if she wanted to interview with my manager. She said sure, I asked her if she could come in on Friday morning at 9:30 am.
Her response, "That's a little early, I like to sleep". I told okay sleep and good luck.
Sad thing, she knew someone in the company HQ's and they asked me to give her another chance, she met my manager, and they offered her the job!  At the end of her probation period I was asking management to let me let her go. They said give her more time. She quit two months later.
