Manager Tools Resulted In 98% Employee Engagement

Our entire company conducted an "employee engagement" survey managed by one of the big employee survey companies. Standard questions about your manager, the company, etc, in an attempt to get a feeling for employee engagement. I (Director) scored a 98% (roll up for my org). My VP called me into his office and said..I quote..."how the hell did you do this?!" To which I responded..... Manager Tools. You guys rock!
