New idea for a podcast - Improving teams integration

Hi, I'm a QA director of an Israeli high tech company, I directly manage 2 QA team leaders (each mange ~6 employees). First, I'd like to express my satisfaction from your pod casts; I find them truly helpful and professional!! Second, I'm facing an interesting situation which could be a good idea for a new pod cast. I'd like to find ways to improve the two teams' integration in order to improve the all group's performance. I believe one of the keys is to improve the interface between the 2 team leaders which have a quite different character and style. I'm looking forward for your advice/response.
