New Manager helping to save lives

Greetings All, Kirk Moon here, 26, husband, father of 1 & ½ (due in April) and to top it all off…. new manager. For the past 5 years I have worked my way up the ranks of America’s largest supplier of blood and blood products. MT has been a faithful companion of mine for the past year or so preparing me for my new role. The MT community is not only a truly valuable tool for me but also for my organization. A true flattener of the management world! I look forward to sharing my journey with you all and becoming a truly effective manager while helping to save lives. Respectfully, Kirk Moon

Welcome to MT and the forums. Congrats on the second edition coming soon.

I believe we agree, MT is the best information available. It has helped me and I share it nearly every day. (I know M&M), every day would be better, but it's a start.
