Howdy from St Louis

This is my first post on the forums. I'm not the posting type - blame my low "i." :lol: My name is Mark and I work for USA TODAY - as Circulation Director for a large chunk of the Mid-West. I've been with USA TODAY since my college graduation from the University of Nebraska - Omaha (BS Journalism) in 1989. I started as a District Manager in Omaha....eventually working in Joplin, MO, Des Moines, IA, and Omaha again before making my way to St Louis and getting promoted to my current position. I have a staff of four directs and 24 skips who manage more than 200 independent contractors to make sure USA TODAY delivery goes off without a hitch every weekday. My wife and I are celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary this year and we have two teenage boys. The youngest is autistic. My DISC score is 6-1-6-6/Investigator. My Gallup strengths are Context, Responsibility, Learner, Harmony, Adaptability. I would like to thank Mark and Mike for Manager Tools. I firmly believe that MT played a large role in my promotion last December from circulation manager to director. Thank you!
