I just discovered this great resource through random clicking, and I'm saddened I didn't find it sooner. I'm a manager in the tech industry with 17 years of experience, and deal with many of the same issues discussed about here.
BTW, I blog hiring and interviewing at randommanager.blogspot.com. I may steal some ideas from this site to blog about myself.

Hope you'll plug M-T in your blog (seems only fair..).
And if you're a Premium member or have ordered the Interview Series, you might be surprised what Mike and Mark have to say about negotiating a hiring offer. I mention this because while I agree with the overall premise of your "After the Interview" post, there are a couple of smaller points you make that I'm not so sure about.
I've been an M-T member for a couple of years, and I've been really impressed by the consistency in the quality of the material. I've never been a "premium" member anywhere else on the web, but after using M/M's stuff for a couple of years, I felt like I owed them.

The 80's were cool! Women wore plastic jewelry. Men wore spandex pants and Capezio shoes. Music was REALLY, REALLY bad. It was a whole new world.
I graduated HS in 85. I drove a Bondo colored 74 Chevy Nova that was missing a fender and had it's head light held on with an old gym sock. You know the over-the-calf ones with the three purple stripes on the top. I was THE MAN!

I graduated HS in 1980. "We are wild, and we're crazy, we're the class of 1980!!" (paraphrasing Steve Martin, of course) I'm a late bloomer, only been a manager for a year. :)
