Anyone used the tool 'Targeted Selection' from DDI?

Has anyone used the hiring tool "Targeted Selection" from DDI? My company is thinking of buying it to help managers with hiring. It does job analysis and then creates an interview guide for the manager. The interview guides look too long and filled with fluff. http://www.ddiworld.com/products_services/targetedselection.asp

Wait on the Manager Tools Interview Creation Tool. I just received my annual subscription renewal email and it is in there as one of the developments to come this year.
You know it will be just as high quality as the rest of the MT tools. Its a good chance for you to promote MT within your company.

101 - send M/M a note and see if you can get access to an advance copy. Maybe some "field testing" for them?

If nothing else, I'm sure they can make a pretty compelling case for the M-T version as superior to other common products...like DDI.
