Hi everyone, My name is Bill and I'm new to Manager Tools. I'm a father of two and I work as a District Manager for a retail chain. I've been in the role for over a year and the area I cover is New York City. I'm excited about applying what I am learning from MT and from all of you!

My name is Cass. I've been listening to the podcasts for about 6 months and recently became a member. I am the Director of Product Management in the IT Department of a large regional real estate company. I'd really like to thank Mike and Mark for all their work and advice. Since I started listening I've had a lot more fun at work and gotten a promotion to boot. Manager Tools has helped me more than I could have ever imagined. Thanks!
