I have been conducting O3s for a couple months when today my boss mentioned that I am getting him “in trouble” with his directs. They are requesting more meetings from him.
They want to know more about what is going on. They have noticed that “she” is always meeting with her group individually and together. That “they” seem to know more and smile afterwards.
If only he had more time, but there are all these projects and questions he gets all day.
I just smiled and asked if I could assist with any of them.
