On the main toolbar under Podcasts is a link to the Map of the Universe which I believe covers both the Manager Tools and Career Tools libraries.
There's a search bar smack in the middle of the page. If you type "new job" and hit "search," it'll take to you 8 or so podcasts.
If that's not helpful or not exactly what you had in mind, would you please re-phrase the question? I'm not entirely certain what you're referring to when you say "our 1st 3question for the new job."
