MT used to have an interview creation tool which I've used in the past. It seems to have gone missing now (or I'm just bad at finding, which I am going to assume is the case here). Anyone know where it is hiding? Or was it purposfully removed?

Yeah, I sometimes have difficulty remembering where "that thing" is within the structure. Probably means I don't come here enough! ... although my daughter, who is a UX designer, would tell me it's a design issue!
