What is it?

This Effective Communicator Conference includes content, practice and an MTDISC assessment for each attendee. The assessment is provided upon registration, to be completed before the training. This is followed by one, 4.5 hour, virtual session where we'll discuss the various communication styles and their behaviors. During the session we'll also practice observing the various communication styles as well as responding to emails in the 4 styles. Following the session each attendee will practice tailoring their own behaviors by way of video submission.

From Mark Horstman, Co-founder:

"You don't realise how much your communication style is a deeply ingrained habit. 75% of the time at work your natural style actually gets in your way. We're going to teach you to see other styles and change your own. You'll be amazed at how well it works. This is the most important thing I ever learned in my professional life."

Investment: $650

Includes one, 4.5-hour session, delivered virtually over Zoom. Attendees will do additional practice by way of video submission afterward. Each attendee will receive an MTDISC profile for identifying their individual communication style.
